  Reception staff incredibly rude, abrasive and bigoted. Went in to get a simple immunity blood test. Walk in the door, as always, went to check in, provided last name, appointment time and reason for visit (blood tests). The lady on the counter did not even bother looking at me just barked "Out the door, turn left, next door." So I said "Thank you" and of I went. Upon entering the pathology the nurse there informs me I need a form, of course, which I did not receive. I explained to her what had happened, she then takes me back to the reception where the abrasive receptionists tried to blame me for them not checking me in to see the doctor and receive the form. Then one of the receptionists drops this on me: "Well, here in Australia you need to get a form to get blood tests done." with a condescending tone, of course. I'm a citizen of Australia. I told her I know that and that it is not my fault if the receptionist did not check me in to let me see the doctor, clearly I am not the one to be blamed here. Did not even receive an apology or anything. The entirety of the reception staff need to fired. Never coming back. They can bark at someone else.
